The PASAJ Restaurant is a meeting place for the locals of Sibiu and for the adventurous tourists who appreciate and understand gastronomy beyond satisfying their hunger with “something, just anything”. Both parties seek culinary dishes made from fresh flavourful ingredients whose source is reliable and easily traceable. We are pleased to have become this filter of selection and intermediation between the final Customer and the honest Producers we have discovered over the years and with whom we have established reliable partnerships. We not only purchase produce and products from one another, but also support each other when one’s business falters, or it’s time to take a leap towards evolution.
