Breb • Off the beaten track

To all you nature lovers out there I propose a walk off the beaten track. We meet at the bus station, in Breb village, and walk through the orchards and between houses in search of special points of view and fragrant hills. 🌳 We will observe nature, identify plants from the spontaneous flora and tell stories about the village and the surrounding environment. For those who want to collect plants from the spontaneous flora, I suggest having paper bags, cotton bags or reed baskets and a pair of scissors. I recommend you take drinking water, some snacks and have suitable shoes for offroad, long pants and a sun hat. 🪲 We will cover the route with care towards nature, while trying to disrupt the lives of the locals as little as possible. Suggested minimum donation per adult • 5 €. Children under 14 can participate free of charge and are more than welcome. The guided walks take place every Saturday from 10:00 am. Maximum number of participants: 9 The duration of the route can vary, depending on the group, between 3-4 hours. 📍 Upon request, we can visit the old wooden church, dedicated to "Saints Archangels Michael and Gabriel", inside, under the guidance of priest Marian Pop, with translation. Also on request, sculpting workshops can be organised at Ioan Petric Sculptor's House. 🥘 If you want to dine in Breb, I can recommend two great places, a restaurant and a terrace, both with products prepared mostly from local ingredients.
