The holiday home "Al Merlo Olivo" is located in the peaceful rural village of Gardossi, just a few minutes from the famous and beautiful Grisignana. The house is about 200 years old, and its sturdy and thick walls are a testament to its age. It was completely restored about ten years ago with great care, while preserving the beautiful original Istrian style. You can rent individual rooms for overnight stays of one or more days, or (in summer) rent the entire house for periods of 5-7 days or more. The house has 5 rooms (2 double, 2 twin, and a junior suite) and on the ground floor, there is a dining room for breakfast and dinner, a kitchen, and another bathroom. Breakfast and dinner (excellent) are only served upon request and for a minimum of 4 people. "Al Merlo Olivo" features a garden, private parking, a small shed/workshop for bicycles (we also rent bikes), and is located about 25 minutes from the sea (Cittanova, Umag...). We are ideally situated for overnight stays along the famous Parenzana cycling trail, so many of our guests are cyclists. We collaborate with the Camelus agency, which can provide you with Bike Shuttle/Taxi services from Poreč to Muggia or wherever you prefer. We are among the very first, or perhaps the first in Istria, to accept Bitcoin as payment.
