The house is lavishly furnished with rustic parquet floors, leather seating, high-quality furniture, chandeliers, and a large bread oven. The house features three spacious bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and an even larger living area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living area opens onto a large outdoor terrace, partially covered. The terrace includes a grill and a swing. In front of the house, there is parking available for multiple cars, and one can also park in the open garage. Rogaška Slatina is world-renowned for its healing water springs, high-quality glass production, and beautiful park with the Health Resort. Tourism has been one of the most important industries for over a century. During the Austro-Hungarian period, Rogaška Slatina was a fashionable resort for the elite and one of the most famous health resorts in Europe. It gained worldwide fame with its healing water, Donat. Nearby is Rogatec with an open-air museum and castle, Podčetrtek with the Olimia thermal spa, and larger cities with rich histories like Celje, Maribor, and Ptuj.
