The objective of this gastronomic route aboard the Punta Pragueira is to discover the gastronomic heritage linked to Galicia and its Atlantic flavor, with this tasteful experience on board. Our tasting menu will have a variety of preserves from the sea, we will open our mouths with an organically produced seaweed salad. We will continue trying mussels with wakame seaweed in a mild marinade. And we will finish with a sweet flavor thanks to the butter pastries made by hand from a small workshop in A Coruña. As an accompaniment to the menu, we will serve a Galician wine from the IXP Terra de Betanzos We promote the local economy, environmental sustainability and the connection with Galician culture and traditions. For this reason, for this route we have wanted to collaborate with local companies and projects, in the region of A Coruña, with which we share values.
