Welcome to the first distillery in the province of Seville, founded in 1880 and considered one of the oldest in Spain. It was built over Roman baths dating back to the 1st century. Later on, with the arrival of the Arabs, it was converted into a hydraulic flour mill. This is where the world’s first gin made with fresh strawberries was born in 2013. A story of reinventing tradition, taking risks in difficult times and pursuing dreams. This is where the Puerto de Indias revolution began.
