This delightful country house has been lovingly restored by the present owner. Only the best authentic local materials have been used to bring it back to its former glory. Only a ten minute drive away from the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen, and the same distance to the marina of Puerto Calero with great variety of restaurants & boutiques. Set in its own grounds, the villa offers privacy & views of the sea in the distance. The main feature of the large south facing terrace is its pool, which is solar heated. There are sun loungers for sun bathing and seating areas. The villa has a canarian barbecue/oven for 8-10 people and a pretty mosaic dining table for alfresco dining. There is also a tennis table and a snooker table for your enjoyment. Villa Lidia have a large private heated pool (14m x 8m) Bedrooms: There are 3 double, 3 twin bedrooms, 1 ensuite and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a single bed for children. All rooms are spacious and are leading off the central main sitting room. Some bedrooms may be closed off for parties of less than 5 persons. Bathrooms: The villa offers 4 bathrooms two of which have a full bath, shower, WCs and a bidet. The third bathroom has a shower and WC. And the fourth is ensuite. Kitchen: The large kitchen offers a dishwasher, washing machine large fridge and freezer, full oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, glasses & a variety of kitchen utensils. Adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast room, plus a separate dining room. Utility Room: A washing machine, iron and ironing board. Living Rooms: The accommodation consists of a very large living room with comfortable sofas and Satellite TV (limited English programs), DVD, a radio-CD and books. This room was created from the former interior canarian patio. Other: The large kitchen has an adjoining breakfast room which has french doors leading to the terrace and garden. A large private heated pool (14m x 8m) Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: All bedlinen and towels - bath and hand towels are included. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience. A mini clean is provided after the first week, for a 2 week booking & bed linen bathroom towels changed.(N.B. Beach towels replaced with small cost, 2€ per unit) Amenities/Facilities: Barbecue, Private Pool, Parking, Garden.
