About

Bar134 is the culmination of two brother's dream: Mateu (bartender) and Oriol (journalist and DJ). This dream was to join forces and to create our own bar in the heart of Gracia (the neighbourhood where we were born). We wanted to make a different Bar, something unusual in Gracia, a special environment where art exhibitions and music performances become friends with good food and drinks, tapas, wines and cocktails. This dream finally became reality today! Most of the bar's decor is inspired by the musical and artistic explosion that happened in NYC during the early 80ies: Artwork by Keith Haring, Basquiat, Warhol, the early house music at legendary clubs like Paradise Garage or The Loft. Bar134 offers a special environment in which you can enjoy high quality drinks and food in a distinctive environment. Aditionally, the space is ideal for group events and celebrations. With a capacity of up to 100 people, it is ideal for group celebrations, events and/or presentations. We promise Bar134 will not leave you indifferent, we hope you feel at home, we wish you enjoy the place as much as we do.
