On the seafront, very close to the town center and a few minutes from the train station. 20 MIN FROM BARCELONA - 1 MINUTE FROM THE BEACH - 25 MIN FROM CIRCUITO DE CATALUÑA MONTMELÓ      THE HOUSE CA L'ORTÍ AND ITS SPACE    - Just 1 minute from the beach of the beautiful coastal town of El Masnou. - Ideal for large groups of people who wish to enjoy a few days of relaxation by the sea. - It has a roof terrace from which you can see the sunrise and sunset thanks to its incredible views of the sea and from which you can also see the city of Barcelona in the background. - Inside, on the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with comfortable sofas, a TV area, and a dining room with direct access to the patio. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower. - The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the essentials to make your stay great. - on the first floor we find 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds and an extendable bed for one or two people. Bedroom 2: with two single beds Bedroom 3: with bunk beds and access to a large terrace. The house has everything you need for short or long-term stays. The house is located in the center of the town of El Masnou, in a very well-connected residential area, right in front of the beach.  The house has a magnificent patio for lunch or dinner with maximum privacy, where there is also a charcoal barbecue, ideal for preparing all kinds of meat, vegetables, or grilled fish. On this same patio, we find a small laundry where there is a sink and washing machine. On the terrace, there are loungers for sunbathing or enjoying the pleasant Mediterranean climate. The kitchen has direct access to the patio, making it very practical and pleasant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside. The house is near the Barcelona Catalunya Circuit, for lovers of Formula 1, Moto GP or the many events that take place throughout the year. El Masnou is a town located very close to Barcelona (about 17 km) about 15 minutes by car, well connected by highway, road or train. This town is adjacent to Alella, a wine area, and wineries with a lot of charm to make a wine tourism route through the different vineyards of the Alella Denomination of Origin.
