At EQUILIBRI BCN the protagonist is Peruvian cuisine, where we offer an interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine seeking balance with Peruvian influences, using ingredients and techniques to achieve flavours unknown to our palate, bringing surprising flavours to the most traditional recipes from there and here. Our artisan suppliers go hand in hand, most of them with local organic products treated with dedication and care as much as we do, to offer, in each dish, a unique experience. Our recipes go hand in hand with a carefully studied and worked cocktail bar, in which aperitifs whet our appetite and digestives and liqueurs make us finish with a good taste in our mouths. The wines, most of them local, are carefully chosen to pair with our dishes and to please different palates.
