The apartment has been furnished with personality and care in order to suit your needs for a short stay in the city. It has been designed and thought for active and independent travellers, as well as for families of up to 5 persons. You will enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon tea and cake delight on the cosy terrace of the apartment, while your travel companion takes a little Siesta As a young and vibrant company we are looking to extend our traveller‘s community and share experiences with people from around the world. Practical details: 1 Double bedroom with a queen sized bed of 150x190 cm. 1 Bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm. 1 Bedroom office with a single bed of 90x190 cm. 1 Living room with a sofa, classic bar furniture, a dining table & a TV. 1 Open kitchen, equipped with a bar counter and all its necessary tools, such as: microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, etc. 1 Tiny indoor patio with a washing machine, clothes horse and cleaning tools. 1 Bathroom with a shower. 1 Toilet. Small sunny terrace next to the queen bedroom. Lift WiFi Location: Very near the Francesc Macia Square and Diagonal avenue. This large avenue, that crosses the entire city, leads us on a nice walk to the "Passeig de Gracia", the most exclusive shopping street of Barcelona, which is located in the heart of the city. Station of Metro Line 5, "Hospital Clínic" less than five minutes away, takes us to "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batllo" in one stop, and the "Sagrada Familia" in three stops. District: Sarrià - L'Eixample Esquerra. Nearest grocery store: 10 meters away Nearest pharmacy: 5 meters away Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 5 kilometers Nearest Ferry: Barcelona's Port at 3.5 Kilometers Transportation: We recommend using public transportation: L5 blue metro line is the closest one. "Hospital Clinic" metro stop is about 5 minutes (650 meters) walking from the apartment. There are serveral private parking nearby. Barcelona airport is located 13,3 kilometers away, about 30 minutes by taxi from the flat. Comments: - If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to advise before or while making the reservation. In any case, at least 3 days before your arrival. Depending on the variation it implies, it may be charged separately (15€/set) - City Tax is 2,48€ per person and day. - The city council of Barcelona charges a municipal surcharge of 4,40€ per person/day to all guests of tourist accommodation. IF YOU BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB THE CITY TAX & MUNICIPAL SURCHARGE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE. - Check-in is only possible after 15h. - There is a late check-in fee of 30€ for check-ins between 20 and 23.59h, any time later than that will be 50€. This is to be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it. - There is a damage deposit of €200 (credit card authorisation) to be paid upon arrival. It is released automatically up to 7 days after your depature (if the apartment is left in good conditions). This is not applicable for reservations via Airbnb. - Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation. Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€. - Beach towels are not provided. - The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning at the end of your stay. - PARTIES are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to advise before or while making the reservation. Depending on the variation it implies, it may be charged separately (15€/set). There is a mandatory tourist tax of 2,48€/person/night and a municipal surcharge of 4,40€/person/night which is to be paid upon arrival, as it is not included in the rate. It has to be paid directly to the rental agency. Smoking, group dinners, parties and noise after 9pm are absolutely prohibited. Police fine goes between € 200 and € 600 and are paid at the moment. People under the age of 30 are not allowed in the property unless they come with their elders. There is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it. There is a damage deposit of €200 (credit card authorisation) to be paid upon arrival.
