The restaurant of time, is the first country where money is paid ( part of the clientele ) or time ( the other) . Open to everyone meets customers seeking a quality menu at a good price and others affected by the crisis, they can not pay. The latter come from a referral protocol and spend time as a voluntary response to the aid received ; thus , increase confidence in them and society -s'apoderen- as a complementary alternative to welfarism . The coexistence of both worlds -the trobada- allows them to replicate the experiment and transforming power of cooperation to combat inequality both are facing a problem also shared together . Meeting for cooking time: current , seasonal and close slowly . Nonprofit , with the aim of financial sustainability and framed within the economy of the common good , the project promoted the verses ( inclusive network of 31 organizations in the third sector Terrace ) and the City , and has funding TV3 Marathon Foundation , the support and cooperation of Caritas casteller Boy Terrassa
