Important Information: Initial payment: 30% of the total must be paid at the time of booking (we do not accept American Express). Final payment: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash at check-in. Security deposit: A deposit must be made at check-in via credit/debit card. The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Travel cot: Available for 20 EUR/day (subject to availability). Must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Check-in outside of hours: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A late check-in fee of 50 EUR in cash will apply. Tourist tax: The current tourist tax of Barcelona will be applied. No smoking policy: The apartment is non-smoking. A penalty of 400 EUR will be charged if violated, and the guest will be evicted. No parties or events: Parties or events are not allowed.
