Basque restaurant in Alcossebre, on the Azahar coast, Castellón. Also, specialising in paellas. Valencian paella and transgressive paellas. Restaurant where you can eat well, near Peñíscola, close to the Serra d'Irta Natural Park, very close to the beach. A quiet place, off the beaten tourist track, with a careful cuisine developed by José Mari, who has been feeding people for more than 20 years. Trained in the gastronomic societies of Bizkaia (Txokos), he has now become the Basque who makes paellas. In Alcossebre, together with Ana and Asier, they have created a special place that is a little piece of Euskadi in the heart of the Mediterranean.
