We adapt the dishes of traditional Basque cuisine to the concept of pintxo, so that you can taste the culinary art of our land in a simple way. In 1885 Boni Iturriza, a liberal who had traveled a lot, bought a Christian bookstore because he saw that there was great business potential in selling ecclesiastical supplies and giving home service to the convents and churches throughout Euskal Herria. In 2013, his grandson, who was my uncle, when he retired said that to run this store it was not necessary to be especially Christian, one thing is faith and another is business. And after three generations we have gone from selling wine to priests to all parishioners.
