Spacious terraced house with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people with private garden and a shared pool. The houses are situated just behind the dunes at about 80m from the beach in the urbanization MAS PINELL, a quiet residential area between Pals and Estartit (Costa Brava). Each house is fully equipped with all modern comforts. The decoration varies because they are all privately owned. The house has three double bedrooms on the first floor; one with en-suite bath and the other two sharing a bathroom with shower. The ground floor is divided into a kitchen, guest toilet, garage, and living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The living/dining area gives access to the fenced off private garden, which in its turn gives access to the communal garden and pool. Mas Pinell has a long and relatively quiet sandy beach with a bar and a windsurf/catamaran school. In the summer the supermarket is opened, but for other shops you need to travel about 6 km to either Pals or Torroella de Montgrí.
