**During the summer edition, we do not make churros** Currently, in the summer edition, we prepare Waffles, Sweet and Savory Crepes, the Juanita Carp (Taiyaki), and the Neu de Vilanova (also known as Kakigori or shaved ice). Both the waffles, crepes, and Juanita carps are made with handmade dough prepared daily and on the spot, offering our customers the best possible quality. We also offer handmade whipped cream made on the spot. In winter, we offer churros, porras, hot chocolate, and suizos, as well as our Top Box, churros in a box with toppings on top. And following the philosophy of the Àrtic Gelats Artesans ice cream parlor, they are also made daily and cooked at the time of serving.
