Xerigots is one of the only specialists in cheese refining in Catalonia. We select handcrafted high quality cheeses, conserve, refine and then serve them at their optimum quality. We refine our cheeses in cellars which were originally used for storing wine and which give us the optimum characteristics to extract the unique taste of each cheese. Wine tourism Located in the heart of the Penedes we value our wine heritage through cheese and its harmony with wine in unique experiences organized regularly in our workshop, in the Boutique in Vilafranca and throughout Catalonia.
