It represents a fusion of seasonal ingredients and different cuisines from all around the world, celebrating bold yet refreshing flavours, perfect for Mediterranean climate. There is no need to move for that all-day-desired Gin&Tonic, in fact, you can have it with your dinner. Fragile offers a fantastic selection of local, international and award winning gins. There are some craft beers too. Cocktail list is short but inspiring. In the morning you can linger over freshly baked croissants, home-made cakes and local specialities, accompanied by artisan coffee from award-winning roasters, Climpson&Sons, prepared with great attention and care by barista.
