In the Botavara Restaurant we offer local market cuisine, always prepared with fresh and seasonal products. We have different menus and typical dishes of Denia, adapted to each season of the year. We have the illusion of improving and enriching even more the already famous Mediterranean cuisine. Our mission is to gain professionalism in the preparation of our dishes, quality in the room service and above all, in the selection of the local product of the area: The fish. At the same time, we have proposed to be a reference in the elaboration of one of the most appreciated dishes of our entire geography; the rice.
