"Arrived from the coasts of Africa in the eighth century BC with the first Phoenicians who settled on our island, our Ibizan podenco has endured over time as one of the most beloved symbols of our popular culture and a perfect example of the nexus of cultures that was, and still is, the Mediterranean Sea. With its name, we wanted to baptize our new restaurant, with which we want to recover the warm and familiar spirit of the first trattorias. The pleasure of savoring and sharing food from our land and our sea cooked with love and respect.
