ROTO is a restaurant and leisure space in Marina Ibiza. It opened its doors in July 2019 with the intention of uniting both the origins and the authentic special history of the island with the current Ibiza. ROTO is a combination of food, fashion, tradition, music, atmosphere and privileged views. It was built from scratch, with a surprising engineering work that allows the restaurant to rest on a pier, at the mouth of the port of Ibiza, while its terrace flies over the breakwater, hence the name of Roto. A large terrace over the sea with spectacular views of the Old Ibiza, Dalt Vila, and the amazing yachts that come and leave the port every day. ROTO cooks some of the freshest and most excellent raw materials on the island, a distinctly Mediterranean meal with Arab, Greek and Italian influences, traditional flavors of the grandmothers of Spanish cuisine that are evocative of the past.
