Pyrenean Experience - offers travellers, walkers and cultural adventurers to the Basque Country a unique, behind-the-scenes, introduction to Basque mountain life. Less than an hour from San Sebastian and Pamplona our beautifully renovated Basque mountain farmhouse lies at the centre of 200 km of documented walking and hiking routes, straight from the farmhouse door. For the past 23 years, we have run Total Basque Mountain Experience one-week house parties for walkers, discerning travellers and linguists the world over. We have been the subject of international press reviews and documentaries. Our beautiful farmhouse has just 5 en-suite guest rooms and all our immersion holidays are small-scale offering the benefit of our personal experience.
