A 5 star, luxury, 2 bed apartment on LOS FLAMINGOS near Marbella. The Tee 5 complex we are on, has won First Prize "gold", in the Homes Overseas Awards for BEST SPANISH APARTMENT. Our apartment has also been recognised with a "TOP RENTAL PROPERTY" award on FlipKey and their "RATED EXCELLENT" digital badge. Both are very prestigious awards given only to very very few apartments. LOS FLAMINGOS IS SO DESIRABLE THAT THE OBAMA FAMILY RECENTLY STAYED ON LOS FLAMINGOS, IN THE HOTEL VILLA PADIERNA WHICH IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE GOLF COURSE FROM OUR APARTMENT. They could have chosen anywhere in the world to have their holidays but chose Los Flamingos. It is located on upmarket Los Flamingos. The outstanding views take in not only the Golf course, Hotel and lake, but also the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the Riff mountains in North Africa. Also Los Flamingos boasts the 5 Star Hotel and Spa Hotel Villa Padierna. The apartment is fully air conditioned/heated with free unlimited WiFi internet access, and is on the ground floor with a very large private south facing terrace that leads directly to the swimming pool. It is a stunning, light and bright apartment built to extremely high standards in a contemporary style. It is generously proportioned with the ultimate in comfort and design, and has an airy elegance that will make you feel comfortable, yet pampered. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a large lounge/dining room and an additional guest cloakroom. The lounge and both bedrooms lead directly onto the fabulous terrace with its stunning views. The comfortable lounge is furnished in a contemporary but elegant style. It has leather sofas, a glass dining table with seating for 6, flat screen 58" TV with loads of channels and movies. The modern gas fireplace adds warmth and a striking focal point to the room. The Master bedroom has a sophisticated yet comfortable feeling. With a king-size bed, and copious storage this striking, modern room is perfect. The kitchen leads onto a private courtyard, planted with citrus trees; another area for a snooze or a relaxing read. The most important part of any apartment in Spain is the outside space, and our terrace does not disappoint. Being ground floor allows us the benefit of a huge 80' long, paved patio plus garden, with amazing south facing views. It leads directly onto the swimming pool. Furnished with dining table, sun loungers, and rattan suite, this is definitely what the Spanish lazy hazy days are all about. With 2 swimming pools in this small development, you can feel calm and relaxed in this quiet location, whilst knowing you are only a few minutes from the excitement and exhilaration of the local area. It is an amazingly convenient place to holiday being only 30-40 minutes from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. Having designated underground car parking and beautiful landscaped surroundings, life doesn't get much better than this!
