Two day and five day meditation retreats in the Sunseed Eco Education Centre. All food, accomodation and meditation teachings are covered in the price. Meditation teachings will be lead by experienced meditation teacher Siggy Verelst and the retreats will focus on silent meditation sessions, interactive sessions and mindful walks.
