Our restaurant has a strong tradition in the restoration , when since 1967 ,our founding fathers and D. Jose del Paso Guerra and Ms. Rosario Castro Fuentes, possessed a small restaurant facilities in Huetor Vega, where all kinds came to visit customers to try the typical products of the area. All products were handmade and made our own, making us achieve fame in quality assurance, that everything was consumed, it was completely natural, and made the old fashioned way. Since then, year after year, we have always tried to improve our services by expanding our facilities and trying to always keep our hearth and our tradition , keeping a typical Granada cuisine and stocking up feedlot and slaughterhouse itself.
