La Fonda Llabrés is the most emblematic restaurant in Alcudia. It is the first restaurant established in the old town of Alcudia, since 1957 and it is located in the "Plaza", the main square, the heart of the historic center. The season 2019 opened with a new chef, Juanjo Andres, a great lover of good cuisine of sea and land. In the Fonda we have maintained the essence of the Llabres family's traditional cuisine to evolve into a contemporary cuisine that goes beyond the sensory and becomes directly a world of emotions. What contributes the cuisine of this chef is the freshness of the seafood and the particular preparation of fish, as well as an inspirational cookbook.
