I'm vintage, I have pedigree. I was made a long time ago, more than 125 years ago. I am a completely renovated 19th century Andalusian house. With the passing of time I have been changing and welcoming many different people, from the dressmaker who sewed for the upper class of the village, to the most humble neighbours in the area. In the spring of 2023 I'm back in white, I'm all dressed up and I'm gleaming. This time I have opted for a modern style that has given me a new and contemporary look. Splendid, so that you can come to visit a stay with me for a few days. I will be delighted to receive you, because I love having people at home. I am very well located, very much in my centre, exactly in the old town, in Sanlúcar de Barrameda of course. Close to everything and away from the noise, because I love calmness. And I am divided into three floors that add up to more than 350m2 where the traditional and original that I keep and the modern decorative accessories that dress me, manage to give me a special charm and colour. To get into me you have to cross a hallway that will lead you directly to a spacious and peaceful Andalusian courtyard with a large gallery. Here on the ground floor, as well as peace, you will find access to my luxury apartment(Lola), my fountain, another back courtyard with plants with an outdoor shower to refresh yourselves and the stairs that will lead you to my other two bedrooms (Manuela-Catalina). In these, you will find elements that I have kept from my past, hydraulic floors, wooden beams, original walls, windows and doors. All of this is elegantly combined with modern decoration and design. Framed by a freshness and calmness with views of the courtyards of my house. Now also yours.
