Our pastrami making process can take up to 6 weeks: brining, rubbing, smoking, cooling, cutting & serving YOU. We select the highest quality beef possible from local providers and make our patties by hand in-house to bring you the best possible burger experience. We also make homemade bacon, hot sauces and cheesecake. We also have 14 taps of Craft Beer in a traditional market setting in Vallehermoso.
