Made only with natural products in which we use first quality raw materials, our dishes are cooked with only the best extra virgin olive oil. Traditionally inspired, the flavor of the kitchen of our mothers comes to the kitchen Emma after three generations of cooks preserving the flavors of all life without leaving to introduce new references. Our menu of sausages and cheeses is made exclusively of Spanish products with designation of origin.
