"In Oyamel we try to escape the cliches that exist about the so-called Mexican food, offering not only classic flavors and preparations such as tacos, and others that have become emblematic of Mexican cuisine in general, as is the case with cochinita pibil (yucateca), but also we seek to offer more sophisticated flavors created by us, taking advantage of the variety of ingredients that Mediterranean cuisine offers.As a family restaurant we seek to get away from the TEX-MEX food, in a place with a modern touch, where, Without forgetting our origins, we flee from the cliches that have always surrounded a culture like the Mexican one
