At Solito Taquería Mexicana, we want to offer you a contemporary gastronomic experience, with a wide variety of homemade recipes from different regions of Mexico, adapted to a modern and innovative cuisine that respects tradition and the great richness of Mexican food. We were born in the heart of Madrid de los Austrias, in a traditional setting, a few meters from the Plaza Mayor and the San Miguel Market. A typical tapas setting where our snacks, tacos and dishes are complemented with a good mezcal, a tequila, or a refreshing margarita.
