In February 2015 I opened my own Pastry Shop | Cafe in Cala Millor, Mallorca. I grew up in Germany and have learned confectioner at Cafe Tiffany's in Ehingen. Since my twentieth year I live in Spain. In addition to homemade cakes and sweet pastries, we at "Biggi's" offer daily fresh bread rolls and butter croissants. On order, we also bake special breads, such as a protein bread, potato bread, spelt bread or rye-wholegrain bread. Further we offer delicious breakfasts, sandwiches, baguettes au gratin, salads and German specialties, including “Flammkuchen”, meat loaf bread rolls, buns with raw meat (“Mett”) or sausages with potato salad.
