Experience a cuisine with a Mediterranean spirit through two tasting menus (Voro-16 courses and Devoro-21 courses) that evolve constantly to keep surprising the guests and a wine list with 300 national and international references. The chef bases his recipes on seasonal products, especially from the Balearic Islands, therefore the market and the seasonality mark the dishes’ composition. His creations are focused on taste and texture, it is a journey back to the original flavors.
