Can Jan is the gastronomic proposal where you can enjoy good seasonal cuisine. We buy local and enjoy globally, seeking best products of the sea, sky and earth to get back to feel the pleasure of eating and drinking well again. The season and the market offer us the ingredients. Tradition gives us the recipes we like to review and expand. And the chef gives us the final touch through the flavor, mixing ingredients and recipes in a new, tasty format for everybody. We want to represent the gastronomic essence of the island's cuisine and market, from Binissalem, a village known for its famous wine and the great relationship with local cuisine; a place that tells us stories with every bite we give to the restaurant menu, the weekly menu or the tasting menu. We want to recover the pleasure of eating well.
