Today, after almost seven years in the charming village of Valldemossa in Mallorca, he moved to the city of Palma with La Miranda, where he offers a unique culinary experience in a small and cozy restaurant in Plaça Nova de la Ferreria, 6. The menu demonstrates freedom, freshness and creativity in each proposed dish, where not only the technique is appreciated but also the quality of its ingredients. Each week, the midday menu is modified, which includes a starter of choice, a main dish, dessert and drink at a really affordable value.
