Arguineguín Park by Servatur is a newly built complex in Arguineguín (Mogán), in the south of the island. This is one of the most privileged areas of Gran Canaria, and with average temperatures of 23ºC, it has one of the best all-year-round climates in the world. The complex is located in a peaceful residential area, very close to Anfi del Mar and Patalavaca beaches. In 10-minute walk will bring you to Arguineguín’s main beach, Las Marañuelas, and the town centre, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Every Tuesday, there is also a market that sells local produce and crafts. Arguineguín Park by Servatur offers 5 different types of modern apartments, distributed over fourteen 5-storey buildings.
