BAR-RESTAURANT "AMPARO" Traditional cuisine is our hallmark Amparo Las Hayas is distinguished from other restaurants that are committed to a style of cooking we offer natural products of the earth, with old recipes and in most rural environment possible. Watercress soup of La Gomera, goat meat with boiled potatoes or yams, our harvest wine, cheeses made by us, the palm honey ... It is a restaurant which in turn draws on the harvested agricultural products neighbors (potatoes, watercress, millet, beans, peppers, garlic, vegetables, wine) and their livestock (eggs, goat meat, pork, milk, cheese ...). We are proud to have a letter-menu where all our dishes are made with natural products that come mostly from Las Hayas.
