The story tells that in the thirties of the eighteenth century, fifty canaries managed to settle in a remote place in North America. After almost a year of hard crossing, leaving the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, they managed to settle and lay the first stone of what is now the city of San Antonio de Texas. That was the beginning of a story that still exists. It is a pleasure for us to welcome you to our humble abode, homage to that feat that centuries ago was lived in that rough desert and that has been until today cradle of cowboys and bikers.
