We’re a family of winegrowers specialized in Millésime Brut Nature Sparkling Wines (zero dosage). We’re committed to capturing our Mediterranean landscapes in a bottle. That’s what drives us to cultivate only our own vineyards planted with indigenous varieties. We practise dry farming and apply the principles of biodynamic agriculture –a step beyond organic. Like sentinels waiting patiently in silence, Recaredo’s bottles remain in the darkness of our cellars for at least 30 months until they achieve a truly unique character. In the case of Recaredo’s most exclusive family wine cellars, some of our Sparkling Wines are aged for nearly 20 years, preserving a wealth of elegant and complex nuances.
