Villa Lanzarote is a two-story house located near Las Coloradas, one of the best areas of Playa Blanca, and very close to the beaches of Papagayo. It is a three-minute walk from the promenade, an ideal place for jogging, cycling or simply strolling while enjoying the sea. A fifteen-minute walk is the Marina Rubicón marina, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Near the house there are two supermarkets (a SuperDino and an Overseas-Iceland), a cafeteria and a bus stop with a good combination for the town. The ground floor consists of: -Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board, electric coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils -solana equipped with washing machine -living-dining room with table and chairs for 4 people, flat screen TV (with international channels) and DVD player -a clean up The upper floor consists of: -main bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, built-in wardrobe and private terrace -bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobe -a full bathroom Outside we can enjoy: -private swimming pool of 5m long and 3m wide, and a maximum depth of 1.60m.
