Casa Alice is a brand new holiday villa located close to the centre of Playa Blanca, the Marina and the beach. The villa has 3 bedrooms with comfortable boxspring beds and 3 bathrooms, each with a rain shower. It sleeps a maximum of 5 people. Around the 11 meter pool there is a beautiful large terrace with sunbeds and a pool table. The pool is electrically heated from mid October until mid April. As the orientation of the terrace is South-West you will enjoy sunshine from mid morning until sunset. You can take your alfresco meals in the shadow of the covered terrace or enjoy a leisurely drink in our comfortable outside lounge. The inside of the house is airconditioned (coin operated). For the entertainment of yourself and your kinds we provide a 4k flatscreen television with a large choice of international programs as well as a Playstation 3 and a Playstation 4 with a good selection of games. You can park your car in our electrically gated private parking area at the front of the house. Bed and bath linnen, pool towels and end if stay cleaning are included.
