A Nova Ruta restaurant opens for business in 1994, then called A Path, working carte menu and banquets. By 1999, when the great effort and bore fruit and the facilities were beginning to remain small, the risky decision to open a new restaurant, which opened in 2000, with wider and improved facilities to meet the needs taken of our customers. The business has grown step by step and what began as a modest facilities made up of a lounge on demand and a wedding hall is now a complex with two wedding salons, salon letter and a Castilian style BBQ . In them we accommodate all kinds of celebrations. We also have to complete and improve our offer, with ten guest rooms and one suite. With this we aim to provide the level of quality that our customers are accustomed to in the rest of our services.
