Beautiful house in a small fisherman village, Skillinge at Österlen, south of Skane, Sweden. It is well situated in the village about 200 meters from the harbor. We have two flats in the house which we let. THE LARGER FLATThe flat of 70 squaremeeters has 4 beds, 2 beds in a separate bedroom, 2 separate beds in the hallway on the second floor. There is also small toilet upstairs. Downstairs you'll find a living room, small kitchen and bathroom with shower. We provide you with sheets, towels and broadband. THE SMALLER FLAT (selldom rented out thoug) The flat of 34 squaremeeters is built 2013. It has a large room with alcove for 2 beds. There is a well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, small stove, oven, microwave and a place with 2 sofas with TV and an eating table next to it. Bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide you with sheets and towels and broadband. ABOUT THE VILLAGE The village has a small restaurant in the harbor, Grocery Store and during summer also a shop to buy fresh and smoked fish. There are also nice several shops with design and clothes. Close to the house there is a playground for children. If you feel like taking long walks along the sea, this is the place to do it. Do you need help with a suggestion of a restaurant, a reservation or look for something else pls ask us and we will try to find it for you. There are some nice and cosy restaurants nearby. Are you a foodie, pls let us know for giving you advise what to visit. PRICE The price is for 2 and per night. If you would like to rent a week, pls get in touch with us for a better offer.
