Ideally located in the very center of the charming village of 1407 Bioley-Magnoux, free parking. Welcoming Terrace with flowers, typical and renovated restaurant, 50pl. room for banquets from 50 to 150 persons. Gourmet local dishes "Made in Vaud" and recipes from our grandmothers: a culinary tradition for 60 years. Signature dishes: freerange roasted baby chicken deglazed with white wine, frogs' legs with garlic, beef and veal pieces, Cordon Bleu, local and locavore specialities of Swiss meat and fish.
