In the heart of Villars, Vieux Villars restaurant welcomes you to its warm and authentic atmosphere. We offer traditional swiss cuisine such as firewood raclette, cheese fondue as well as our specialties; meat fondue “Bacchus” and goat and sheep cheese fondue. At Vieux Villars you can also rediscover a classic menu crafted by our chef Sothiry, who treats us with dishes such as the rack of lamb in a mint crust, Venetian style veal liver or the local perch filets from Loë. All our dishes are home made with love, except for the ice creams which are made elsewhere with love. We also offer homemade cocktails, artisanal local beers, and a large selection of regional and international wines, which delightfully accompany our dishes
