The Dunnydeer was a lovely Bed and Breakfast in the west end of Aberdeen and is is with great sadness that we have to inform everyone that due to the mounting costs of running her that we had no choice but to close the business and move on. We sold up in December 2024 and the property is now a private residence to a lovely family who will care for her for many years to come. We would like to take the opportunity to thank all our wonderful guests who stayed with us over the many years we were open. Alas we are not the only business affected. The increasing costs for the new licences and rates have forced all the many B&Bs in the area to close and thriving businesses to shut. There are still some hotels struggling to remain open in these difficult times so we hope you find a place to stay and enjoy what's left of our once beautiful city. Barbara Ward Ex proprieter
