Gin & Whisky Tasting @ Da Mhile Distillery

Held in our beautiful 17th century gallery, you will be given a little talk about the farm, businesses and their history and a look at the still. This will be followed by a tasting of a few cheeses from Caws Teifi and either: Our 4 main gins and rum (£15 p/p) Or 3 of our whiskies (£25 p/p) Tastings are booking only and run Monday-Friday at Midday, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm (excluding bank holidays). They last for roughly 3/4 of an hour (gin) and 1 hour (whisky) and there is the chance afterwards to visit our farm shop where you can try any of our other products.
