Welcome to In the Welsh Wind distillery. A working distillery on the West Wales coast, we are proud to be innovators and providers of bespoke, small batch premium spirits and gin experiences. Join us for bespoke gin making experiences in our gin lab, and gin tasting opportunities in our lounge. Our Gin Making Experience offers you the opportunity to become the distiller and discover your own gin, guided by our expert team. Choose your preferred balance of botanicals, operate one of our custom-made copper pot mini stills, and craft a bottle of your very own to label and take home. Our experiences are for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 16 (based on 2 people sharing an experience - and a still) - COVID rules dependant. Come to the distillery for a gin tasting - after your welcome gin and tonic, you'll explore 3 of our craft gins, learn about their flavour profiles and decide which you prefer before enjoying another g&t.
