The George Inn is located in the picturesque village of Barford St. Michael on the edge of the Cotswolds. This charming 17th century thatched pub has nine individually decorated en-suite bedrooms, all with flat screen TV's and tea/coffee making facilities. Free private parking on site. The restaurant serves honest local food prepared to the highest quality. The dining room has large folding doors opening onto the old York stone terrace which in turn opens onto the gardens with the views of the River Swere valley and beyond. The pub also offers a private room with a large presentation screen discretely hidden behind panels for conferencing. This room is also available for specific sporting events, children’s parties, shooting lunches, village meetings and rowdy get-togethers.
